The staff at Heavenly Arms made the process of burying my mother smooth and painless during this time of discomfort for me and my family. From the moment we called the staff was proficient and compassionate. They took the time to add personal touches to the service that meant a lot to me personally! The etiquette they displayed to honor my mom was respectful, courteous, and generous. Thank You for making this time a little more bearable.

We met with Kelly and Debroah the night before my mother Barbara Dawson transitioned to be with her Savior. In the meeting, They shared many things about their service that impressed us, but the Heavenly Arms service and staff exceeded what Kelly promised they would do for us. He encouraged us to entrust them with our mother, and we are happy that we did.

Kelly, Deborah, and their entire team were professional and personal. They kept saying to us, "We're family," and that's exactly the type of service we received--as if we were family. We completely put our family and our mom's home-going in their hands, and they did not let us down.

Everything flowed, and everything detail was attended to as if they were caring for their own. They were on time and very patient with answering our questions. I was impressed with how they made a point to get to know us as individuals; they seemed to intuitively know exactly what we needed, when we needed it. The surprises and things they did for us as individuals were refreshing and impressive.

I knew there was something special about Heavenly Arms Family Mortuary right away. I live out of town and I had no knowledge of where to start in this process. Kelly personally came to the hospital to introduce himself and explained the process step by step. He called me when they were on the way to pick my mom up and when they had her in their possession. When I had my first meeting with them the next day, Ms. Deborah was so compassionate and comforting. She said "We are family now", and I definitely felt that throughout this entire process. Planning my mother's memorial has been the most difficult thing I've had to prepare, but with the help of Heavenly Arms Family Mortuary, I felt suppoted and comforted. They made sure everything went smoothly and even added personal touches. I am forever grateful to them, FOREVER.

Special thanks to you for the love and compassion you bestowed upon our family in the loss of my mom. Nothing makes it easy but the assistance and comfort you offered helped. We’re so grateful for you guys. The daily communication between the staff and I was enough to ensure I made the right choice in trusting you with my mother. She was also my best friend and I believe in my heart that she is proud and smiling down at the job well done.

Heavenly Arms was so awesome in my time of need. From the beginning to the end I felt that I was taken care of as far as my mother arrangements is concerned. Kelly reassured me that everything will be taken care of and he delivered. My mother look beautiful in her casket with the favorite color dress, jewelry, and my mother loved to wear silver rings and she was buried with them on. At the moment I am in a power chair and everything that I needed- Heavenly Arms was able to compensate me in my bereavement. Everybody was amazed at how beautiful everything was. The professionalism meet me feel like royalty. I still can't get over the fact that something so devastating couldn't earn we also so beautiful. I just want to thank Kelly and the entire staff for making my mother's Home-Going so stellar. That day will remain in my mind for the rest of my life.
